Shipping & Returns 

Postage costs are calculated based on the weight of items. Please note, the times stated relate to delivery time, not to how soon the item will be dispatched. Please see the home page for current dispatch times.

The following services will be used:

Items under 500g: Royal Mail 1st Class £2

Items 500g - 1kg: Evri 2-3 day £4

Items 1kg-2kg: Evri 2-3 day £5

Items 2kg-5kg: Evri 2-3 day £6.5

Items over 5kg: DPD next day £15 

I do not accept returns on personalised items.

Generic items may be returned within 30 days of purchase:

• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Cancellations must be made within 7 days of order, however if a personalised item has already been produced before this time, it can not be cancelled.
